PUJA Engagement Talk with IBTE

Tuesday, 4th August 2020 – PUJA (B) was invited by The Institute of Brunei Technical Education, School of Building Technology Services for an engagement talk with the students of the faculty.
With over 100 students in the Drafting, Designs & Construction Engineering, the objectives of this engagement talk were to give students an overview of PUJA organization (the objectives, history and organizational structure) and to provide students guidance on career prospects especially in the building and construction industry.
This talk is also to promote and motivate students on entrepreneurial skills after graduation using their talents and the skills that they have learned. The engagement also aimed to strengthen the relationships between PUJA and IBTE.
Present at the event were PUJA representatives: Ir. Chin Lee Tuck and Ir. Hj Rahman bin Haji Modin accompanied by PUJA administrative officer and assistant.
The event started off with the recital of doa and HSSE briefing followed by presentation of certificates by IBTE Head of Curriculum, Noorisman Bin Metarais to the PUJA representatives.
Ir. Chin Lee Tuck and Ir. Hj Rahman each gave a presentation, giving students and all present an introduction to PUJA, introducing what PUJA is all about and laying out all the benefits of joining PUJA and all the activities that have been done in the past.
The event ended with sharing session and an opening for submission of application to be PUJA members from the students present.
